Project Story
The section follows the fall of the land so every principal room meets a garden terrace rather than a balustrade. The sea remains present without dominating the house.
Openings are held within deep, square-cut frames that block high sun and catch the prevailing breeze. Each one becomes a room between inside and out.
Salt-resistant stone, mineral render and marine-grade metalwork were chosen to weather evenly in the demanding coastal climate.
